Men's Ministry

We believe that the Scripture makes it clear that the men are supposed to be the leaders of the home and the leaders of the church. We have an excellent men's ministry at Westwood. Our participate in a number of different ministy-related services. Some of those are:

Suit Project

Once a year, our men will collect a special offering that is used to purchase suits for pastors in areas of the country where they can not afford those suits.

Oil Change Day

Twice a year, our men will meet on a Saturday morning for breakfast and then they will move outside and change oil and help service vehicles for our widows and single ladies. The Bible makes it clear that we are to take care of these women.

Shoreline Park Mission Work

This is a ministry that is available to men and women alike. Once a month, we will take a group down to Waveland, MS where we have partnered with a church to help them not only rebuild their church but also rebuild their community.
